80% of decisions are emotionally driven, yet emotions remain forgotten when seeking to enhance human-centric outcomes.
Regulating emotions is the missing key to solving global challenges, from addressing mental health stigmas to empowering leadership through innovation
The idea for Stress Point Health began following our founder, Sheena Pirbhai’s, experiences with PTSD. Alongside traditional therapy, it was access to emotional regulation focused treatment that transformed her recovery. Sheena’s background in finance had taught her how performance and decision-making collapse under unmanaged stress. Determined to find a better way, she co-founded the company with Dr Michael Bott, a practicing psychiatrist and collaborated with neuroscientists and sound engineers to explore how the brain’s emotional centres respond to frequency and feedback. The early prototypes, using precisely designed sound frequencies, delivered remarkable results: measurable reductions in stress, anxiety, and PTSD.
Our mission is simple: to help millions master the power of emotions, not just to improve mental health, but to live and perform better.

Stress Point Health was founded by a team of clinicians, technologists, and mental health innovators with one mission: to change how the world approaches emotional mental health. Our patented Neurofeedback software delivers precise, measurable support for emotion management.
In order to drive mental health treatment into the future, we need to be open to leveraging evidence-based technology to cater to a growing number of patients.
There is no doubt that technology tools enabling assessment and customised treatment to the individual needs of the patient will play a vital part in the future of mental health treatment.
Real innovation lies in rethinking what we treat and how – for anxiety, PTSD and stress, we have already seen a shift from treating the thinking centre, to treating the emotional centre of the brain.
Neurofeedback is a science-backed method that helps people shift unhealthy brain activity patterns, often caused by trauma, stress, or anxiety. Traditionally used in specialist clinics, Neurofeedback can be expensive and hard to access. Our products change that.
Our patented approach uses neuroacoustic sound therapy, specific sound frequencies designed to interact with brainwaves and guide the brain into healthier patterns. Delivered via a smartphone, SPHERE brings this powerful technique into everyday life, whether used independently or alongside clinical support.
Over time, this helps the brain respond better to emotional triggers, reduces reliance on medication, and promotes lasting mental resilience.
Your brain operates using electrical signals called brainwaves. Different wave types – like alpha, beta, or theta – correspond to different mental states, from deep relaxation to alert focus.
Too much high-frequency activity (like beta waves) is linked to anxiety. Too little calming activity (like alpha waves) can lead to overwhelm. SPHERE’s sound frequencies help encourage more helpful brainwave patterns, supporting calm, focus, and emotional clarity.
