Imperial College London reveals groundbreaking research results on the effectiveness of Digitised Neurofeedback

MobiHealth News – The research highlights SPHERE as more effective at improving the most common symptoms of stress, anxiety and PTSD, than the leading meditation app in the market. Researchers measured the heart and respiratory rate, cognition score, self-determined stress level and perception of 39 participants when using the SPHERE app.
